Like a fine French wine or Scotch whiskey, this 700g solid copper record weight is designed to age beautifully, maturing into a truly unique piece while remaining the perfect companion for your vinyl on the turntable.

We’ve only lightly treated the body so it begins life with a warm, rosy glow. Over time, natural exposure to air will oxidise the copper, shifting through deep ambers and rich browns until it settles into its own distinctive patina. No two will ever look exactly alike.
At the centre, the engraved “VG” is deliberately left untreated. As the years go by, it will gradually develop that iconic verdigris green, the very same turquoise hue that covers the Statue of Liberty, the great gift from France to the United States in 1886.
